1) Within warranty period
If the machine breaks down due to non-human or non misuse reasons, we will be responsible for free repair. The freight of the round-trip of the goods is on our account. Or we provide technical assistance and supply spareparts for free to customers; if bulk goods have problems,we will send technicians to customers' side to solve the problem.
If the malfunction is caused by misuse or other human factors, we will charge for the spare parts and repair fee, freight is on customers' account.
2) After the warranty period
